Poster Presentation Instructions

• Maximum poster measurements (PORTRAIT orientation) : A0 size (84.1cm in width X 118.9cm in height).
• All posters should be based on the submitted abstract that have been accepted by the Scientific Program Committee.
• Please note that all posters must be displayed in English.
  
• Please be sure to include the Paper Title, Authors’ Names and Affiliations centered at the top of the poster.
• Please bring your poster with you, as poster printing will not be available onsite.
• Please note that the Organizing Committee cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of posters.

Poster Presentation:

• Posters will be grouped by topic.
• Posters must be mounted on the assigned poster board that carry your individual poster number.
• The thumbtacks will be provided onsite. No paste, glue or staples are permitted.
• Please set-up during 15:00-17:40 on October 7 (Saturday) and remove at the end of the poster session. Posters not removed will be disposed of directly without permission.
• Authors are asked to present their posters during the poster session scheduled from 18:20 to 20:30 on October 7 (Saturday).
