 The conference registration includes:

• Access to all scientific sessions: October 7 (Sat.) - October 9 (Mon.), 2023
• Entrance to the social programs:
  1. Reception: Friday evening, October 6, 2023
  2. Banquet: Sunday evening, October 8, 2023 (For students, additional purchase is required for banquet.)
• Refreshments during the coffee breaks and light lunch during the lunch breaks.
  
  

 How to Register:

• Students are kindly asked to upload the proofs of their student status, e.g., a valid student ID card.
• Student registration does not include banquet ticket for October 8.
  The banquet ticket can be additionally purchased for NTD 1,200 (≈USD 40)/person
• Foreign participants affiliated with a Taiwanese organization/ university can be identified as a local participant and are eligible to pay the fees in NTD.
• Registration is only valid upon receipt of full payment.
• Payment must be made in NT Dollars (The exchange rate is approximately NT$31 for US$1). International participants can pay by credit card or bank transfer.
  • Credit card: Only Visa, Master JCB and Union Pay international credit cards are accepted.

 Invitation Letter for VISA Application:

• An invitation letter can be requested during the online registration process. Invitation letters will only be issued for fully registered conference delegates (full payment of the registration fees is required).
  
  

 Receipt:

• The receipt will be available for download, starting from October 5, 2023. Please make sure that the information on your receipt is correct, including your full name and organization. Once the receipt has been downloaded, it cannot be revised.

 On-site Registration:

• The deadline for Regular Registration is 23:59, September 15, 2023 (GMT+8). All registration and payment received after this date will be considered as Onsite Registration and processed on-site.
• Cash (NT$) and credit card payments are accepted for on-site registration.

 Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellation of registration will be accepted by the deadline of September 6, 2023 (GMT+8), will receive a refund minus a 10 percent administrative fee. Registrants canceling on or after September 7, 2023 (GMT+8) will not receive a refund. All refunds will be processed after the conference has concluded.
