Abstract Submission Guidelines

• All abstracts must be submitted and received on or before June 30, 2023 June 16, 2023 (GMT+8) through the Abstract Submission System. Documents received after the given deadline, due to any reason will not be accepted unless the deadline is extended.

  • Abstract submission deadline: June 30, 2023 June 16, 2023 (GMT+8) 
  • Notification of Abstract Acceptance: July 21, 2023 July 14, 2023 July 7, 2023 (GMT+8) 
• Abstracts should represent original work.
• The abstract must be written and presented in English.
  Please download the abstract template and follow the guidelines carefully. ( Click here to download template.)
• Documents that do not confirm to the guidelines will be asked to revise.
  
• The abstract should be submitted in both MS Word (.docx) and PDF document.
• Each abstract can only be submitted once. The contributor may submit more than 1 abstract. However, the contributor that are accepted for oral presentation will be permitted to give only 1 oral presentation. Therefore, additional accepted abstracts will be moved to the poster presentation.
• A confirmation email will be sent to the contributor upon submission. Abstracts will not be allowed to edit after the deadline.
• All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee of the ICMS 2023 and reviewing results will be notified by emailing a notice of acceptance / rejection on July 21, 2023 July 14, 2023 July 7, 2023 (GMT+8).
